Eagles

Welcome to Eagles!

We are one of two Year 6 classes. At this upper end of Key Stage 2 the ethos is very much about developing the sense of independence and responsibility: we have high expectations of our children, particularly as role models for the rest of the school but we also have high amounts of fun along the way! Year 6 is an important year as their last year in primary school and we aim to help the children prepare for the changes they will face as they move on to secondary schools and the next steps in their education.

On this page you will find lots of useful information about what we are up to each week, as well as how children's learning can be supported at home, both from a parent's perspective, as well as how children can learn independently at home in their spare time.  We hope you find it useful.

Please do let us know if you need any support with anything related to your child or the curriculum - we will be happy to help!
